Download the .exe file
Run it from your PC
Follow the instructions
Connect your phone through ActiveSync (USB)
Look in your Windows taskbar (on your PC) for a MyMobileR logo, and double click it.
To enable data communications while your device is connected via ActiveSync: On your computer, start the Windows Mobile Device Center, go to Mobile Device Settings, click Connection Settings, and check the box for "Allow data connections on device when connected to PC".
