This is the closest you can get to a stock ROM without all the bloat T-Mobile gave us. Everything is relatively stock, so that's what you're getting! This is a good base ROM choice.

This ROM is meant to be as clean as it gets. Only the very basics are installed. Everything else is up to you! Make it yours, install what you want, theme it how you like. You're going to get a high amount of RAM free, and a great amount of Storage Space with this speedy ROM.
