1. If you're not using the HTC Messaging Client (that's how the stock ROM is):
• Install the MMS Manila 2.1 Fix cab on your phone.
2. If you are using the HTC Messaging client (you installed it yourself) but pics are still small:
• Install the MMS Manila 2.5 Fix cab on your phone.
